Send us your two surfaces — we spec it
Some applications are not a sizing-table answer. Odd substrate pair, sustained load, heat, outdoors, production volume — that is what the application review is for.
How it works
- You describe the job: the two surfaces you are bonding, the load and how it hangs, the environment (temperature, indoor/outdoor, moisture), and the volume you run.
- We spec the tape: Black or Clear, the length per part from our sizing data, application notes for your surfaces, and anything in your setup that would work against the bond.
- You test it: we will point you to a sample so you can prove the bond on your own materials before you commit to production.
What to include
- Surface 1 and surface 2 (material and finish — painted? sealed? raw?)
- Load weight and direction (hanging in shear, or pulled straight off?)
- Environment: temperature range, indoor or outdoor, any chemicals or washdowns
- Quantity: one-offs, or rolls per month
